Company cultures cannot be created using the same strategies because companies, even within the same industries, do not always embrace the same values or have the same goals as one another. Companies may partially share the same visions, but they are not always exactly the same. Constance Hubbell believes that companies need to embrace their individual histories in order to create positive company cultures.
